Welcome to Phlair International College!

Established in 1978, Phlair International College is dedicated to providing real life learning experiences to both local and international students.  We offer practical programmes in ESOL (English) as well as Business & Management, aimed at helping students gain the necessary skills and qualifications to meet their personal, academic and professional goals.
